Using your own own SSL certificate for the Servers Alive webserver?

Servers Alive includes a webserver, by default this webserver uses a self-signed SSL certificate, you can however replace this by your own SSL certificate.

Create a certificate for the Servers Alive host (wildcard certificates are not supported), that is RSA 2048 certificate.
Copy the cert.pem and cert.key file over the existing self-sign certificate (On most systems you can find them under c:\Users\All Users\Woodstone\servers Alive\)

Restart Servers Alive and the updated certificate will be loaded. If the loading fails, we will replace the certificates by new self-signed certificates.

Customer praise

"This is the third time this year I have purchased your application for an organization. I used to work at Scientific Learning and then Youbet.com and now I have purchased Servers Alive for the City of P. to monitor their infrastructure. The continued development and support you put in to Servers Alive is incredible; every time I install the latest build you have added exceptional new features. Servers Alive is an excellent enterprise monitoring application."
